Texas dad’s heartbreaking voicemail to his kids as deadly floods swept him and wife away

During the catastrophic flooding in central Texas, Jeff Ramsey, 61, exemplified a father’s deep love in his last moments. As the floodwaters from the Guadalupe River inundated HTR RV Park in Kerrville, Jeff and his wife, Tanya, 46, found themselves trapped in their Airstream trailer.
